Alicante City Council (Ayuntamiento de Alicante) in Spain together with Spain’s Police violate internationally recognised human rights. Alicante City Council declines the fundamental human right to freely distribute Christian literature in public. Alicante City Council administration and Spain’s Police refused to answer to public enquiry, and Spain’s local Police evicted and forbade a Christian to offer Christian leaflets anywhere within their Alicante police jurisdiction.

Alicante City Council (Ayuntamiento de Alicante) and Spanish Police violate not only the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights but also contravene the European Convention on Human Rights. Spain is a member state of the European Union.
On July 5, 2015, Torsten emailed to Alicante City Council and to Spain’s Police, asking if they will attempt to impose restrictions on the fundamental freedom of religion and universal human rights. On July 11, 2015 and again on August 2, 2015, Torsten repeated the same inquiry to the Alicante City Council and the Spanish Police. Both Alicante City Council and Spain’s Police declined to answer any of the three public enquiries.
On August 17, 2015, the Spanish Police approached Torsten on a public street in Alicante and ordered that Torsten must discontinue to hand out leaflets with Biblical information about Jesus Christ within their Alicante Police jurisdiction.
On Tuesday August 18, 2015, Torsten visited the Municipality of Alicante offices to inquire regarding Alicante’s control and ban of Christian literature distribution. The Alicante Municipality’s staff who decides also about permits for religious information distribution informed Torsten that Alicante will not issue a permit for Christian information distribution, because the leaflet in Spanish does not include a text revealing the equivalence of the distributor’s passport number, and because the leaflet does not include a text stating that the leaflet should not be thrown on the floor/ground. The Alicante City Council administration did not explain why Alicante had previously refused to answer Torsten’s email inquiry.
Torsten requested to the Alicante City Council administration that a formal decision should be made by Ayuntamiento de Alicante so that Torsten can appeal Spain’s and Alicante’s disregard for fundamental religious and human rights, and hence Torsten filled out a formal application to evangelise on 2015-08-18. The application was stamped and registered with Ayuntamiento de Alicante on 2015-08-18. The administration clerk said that the processing time is up to ten days. When Torsten contacted several human rights organisations within Spain, none of the Spanish organisations responded.
The Alicante City Council has no legal right to forbid distribution of Christian literature, as such prevention is a violation of international human rights. The website of the distributor is clearly written on each leaflet tract.
An Alicante municipally required printed sentence “Do not throw on the floor/ground” is a mindless (and unlawful) requirement, because that restricting requirement sentence is a violation of international human rights. Such a printed sentence has no influence on human behaviour whatsoever. If a person intends to throw a leaflet on the floor/ground, regardless of culture and nation, that person will not alter behaviour by an almost illegibly tiny text somewhere at the bottom of an already wordy leaflet, stating “Do not throw on the floor/ground.” Every normal person on earth already understands that throwing paper on a public street is bad behaviour. The Spanish-Alicante mindless requirement “Do not throw on the floor/ground.” is on par with Islamic Malaysia’s required disclaimer sentence “Not intended for Muslims.” Idiocy!
The first control question which the Alicante City Council administration asked Torsten upon Torsten’s personal visit to the Alicante municipal offices was an interrogative ascertainment that Torsten was not a Jehovah Witness. Torsten reassured Alicante City Council that Torsten has no connection with the non-Christian sect Jehovah’s Witnesses. Although Torsten shares the Alicante City Council dislike of the non-Christian sect Jehovah’s Witnesses, Torsten disagrees entirely with Spain’s inadequate freedom of religion and Spain’s disregard for fundamental human rights. The sovereign state of Spain and its government has never fully detached the Roman Catholic Church denomination from the State of Spain. In agreement with freedom of religion, even the non-Christian religious sects like Jehovah Witnesses deserve the right to freely promote their heresies.
The Spanish Police and the municipal government of Alicante in Spain forbid a Christian to publically share written information about the Biblical person Jesus Christ to people in Spain.
