Twilio termination of communication capabilities with covert cause, is a threat to democracy.

Although the U.S. House Committee On The Judiciary (Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law) did not list the U.S. company Twilio Inc (https://www.twilio.com) in its 2020 investigation of mergers and acquisitions by dominant online platforms (https://judiciary.house.gov/uploadedfiles/competition_in_digital_markets.pdf), and neither did then (in October 2020) recommend that U.S. Congress consider establishing nondiscrimination rules to ensure fair competition, and of course, neither did then (in October 2020) recommend that online corporate ‘Big Media’ or deep ‘Big Government’ be held accountable for coercion of censorship by monopolistic ‘Big Tech’ companies, democracy is nevertheless declining and threatened by these influential and powerful actors to censorship.

Journalist with professional integrity, Glenn Greenwald (https://greenwald.substack.com/p/congressional-testimony-the-leading), understands these particular relationships of power with more nuance and succinctness, than most journalists.

Suspension Notice

TWILIO Compliance Team.

Hello there Vadim Alejev / Val,

Initially, Twilio asked me on 2021-03-03 this question “Why do you believe you are experiencing high spam feedback rates?”, in which I initially responded on the same date with the following statement:

“ There really should not be any benevolent reason to complain directly to SendGrid, but sometimes people are malevolent and they want to cause harm. If, for example, a particular church leader’s public action or public words are exposed and commented about in the content of a prayer-report bi-weekly update, and the church/leader has junior clergy or staff receiving in the list, then it is understandable that such a person would try to stop others from being updated with factual information. I strongly suspect that this type of malevolently intentioned of spam-reporting is what might have occurred. Those church staff might not have been content to merely unsubscribe themselves from my list, but they additionally wanted no one else to receive the letter either. In the realm of my tertiary nature/purpose/audience which relate to church inquiries, I have a regular inquiry addressed to the Archbishop of Canterbury of the Church of England at Lambeth Palace in London, UK, relating to a yet unexplained global banishment against myself by the Church of England (https://www.kyrkor.be/satanic-Archbishop-Justin-Welby-of-satans-Church-of-England.htm) and (https://www.kyrkor.be/Anglican-Church-Stockholm_and_Anglican-Diocese-Europe_10-years-later.htm), and perhaps there is not only a resistance by the Bishops and clergy, but there might also be coercive reason to report as spam my inclusion of this particular inquiry to the elected parliamentarians of the House of Commons and the House of Lords. The parliamentarians are, however, elected public officials, and I have therefore regarded those inquiries inclusive of public officials as legitimate recipients within a democratic political system. Recently, in relation to the tertiary purposed letters (the Inquries to churches), I have included democratically elected parliamentarians of national parliaments. It would be easier for me to assess the reason for source of spam reporting if I too could identify the source. I can preliminarily only guess that my relatively recent inclusion of elected members of parliaments for the tertiary purpose of legitimate inquiry, could be a cause of malicious and strategic opposition against those email enquiries. “

After having carefully examined the email replies by the Twilio Compliance Team following my initial [above] response, it increasingly appears that the company Twilio itself might be the actual culprit. I present my reasons of suspicion against Twilio, beneath.

Twilio wrote on 2021-03-10 “Since providing you with a copy of a complaints would disclose identities of people complaining we will not provide you with this information. Just to rectify your concern regarding possible agenda we would like to say that we assess all complaints for that matter and in your case this was not true.

In this above statement by Twilio, Twilio pretends to be capable to assess as true that any alleged complainants have no common agenda. No person without access to government digital surveillance instruments (akin to NSA) is more capable to analyse connections and motifs in regards to my address list, than I. Twilio’s pretence of assessment capability of agenda, is false.

Primary indicators of Twilio’s replies show that Twilio is motivated to close my account with SendGrid, not due to any spam reports, but due to Twilio’s anti-conservative values, and particularly due to Twilio’s homophilia with subsequent Christophobia. Twilio is simply adversarial against my positioning against Christophobia (https://www.kyrkor.be/Anglican-Church-Stockholm_and_Anglican-Diocese-Europe_10-years-later.htm) and my explicit statement that the practice of homosexuality is Biblically in fact, a sin against God (https://www.nenzen.net/Biblical_perspective_on_homosexuality.pdf).

Secondary indicators show that Twilio could also be motivated to close my account with SendGrid, due to government coercion. Since Twilio has offices also in United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, Canada and Australia (to which parliamentarians have been communicated by me), any of these named countries could be prone to coerce towards Twilio censorship.

Firstly, Twilio refuses to provide any evidence of alleged spam, in spite that SendGrid statistics declared that my sending reputation score had actually improved from a 93% to a 95% score during the past 30 days. In spite of my good sending reputation, SendGrid refers to a secret external source of email complaint letter directly to SendGrid; obviously with a complainant of malicious intent when bypassing the unsubscription in each of my sent letters. Twilio: “To answer your questions regarding the source of our interest, your activity was reported by several of your recipients to abuse@sendgrid.com email.” This alleged circumvention of a spam report or unsubscription, indicates either malice by the alleged complainant, and/or malice and dishonesty by Twilio, who refuses to show any evidence.

Regarding existence of webmaster@ emails, Twilio is evidently seeking purely a pretext to close my communication possibilities of SendGrid due to Twilio’s covert reasons. My email recipients are properly included in my lists, and those email addresses are correct! Twilio’s pretenseful reason is mere cowardly deceit.

Evidence:

Contested email address by Twilio: webmaster@catb.kr

https://www.kyrkor.be/Busan-Catholic-Diocese-Korea.htm

Confirmation of correct email address: http://www.catholicbusan.or.kr

Evidence:

Contested email address by Twilio: webmaster@abc-usa.org

Confirmation of correct email address: https://www.abc-usa.org/2012/11/welcome/

“If you have questions about the new website, please send an email to: webmaster@abc-usa.org”

Confirmation of correct email address: https://www.localbiznetwork.com/united-states/saint-albans/first-baptist-church-14

The opposite would appear to be the truth regarding Twilio’s disingenuous statement “Please don't take this as a judgment against your activity, just an acknowledgement on our part that we can't provide services to the level you would want.” Everything Twilio Compliance Team has written so far indicate that Twilio is judgemental and censorially discriminatory regarding something, and/or that Twilio is politically and/or governmentally coerced into self-censorship against customers. Simple search engines reveal further indications supporting suspicion that of a Twilio homophilic agenda that seeks to silence conservative (and especially Biblical) perspectives.

Additional question: What is Twilio’s intention with your statement “We can't provide services to the level you would want.? Please particularly explain “the level”.

Please provide the identities and nature of complaints made against me with the pretext of "spam". I need to assess if there might be an orchestrated motion of political or religious agenda beyond Twilio’s agenda, by political entity of power, or religious entity of coercion. Please do forward to me copies of any actual complainants and the alleged complaints.

Beneath are interesting commentaries about Twilio in other media.

Regards,

Torsten Nenzén

[SendGrid Support] Re: #5913752

Hi Torsten,

Thanks for writing in. I will try to reply to your questions in an orderly fashion.

1) Since providing you with a copy of a complaints would disclose identities of people complaining we will not provide you with this information. Just to rectify your concern regarding possible agenda we would like to say that we assess all complaints for that matter and in your case this was not true. Complaints were deemed legitimate and their amount confirmed that recipients did not opt in to receive your emails. Lastly, all complaints contained full headers of emails received, one for each plaintiff, which enabled us to review

2) Regarding webmaster emails. Regardless of the count, this is a violation of our Acceptable use policy and this is then reason your account will be closed on 31st of March, please use this time to transition off our network and download all your data.

3) See points 1 and two combined.

4) Sendgrid account reputation is your IP reputation score, which will be somewhere from 0% to 100%. This score will go up or down based on your bounce, block, spam and invalid rates. In other words, this reputation is an indicator of how we view your email sending practices and is not an evaluation of your email content, unsubscribe rates etc. This is merely a health check of your sending, nothing more.

Once again, please don't take this as a judgment against your activity, just an acknowledgement on our part that we can't provide services to the level you would want.

Thank you for understanding.

Dear Andi S,

… I contacted the postmaster of the UK Parliament in London directly (attached copy beneath). The UK Parliament in London did not reply. All @parliament.uk recipients at the parliament in London are still blocked by UK. However, on the positive side of democracy are the parliamentarians of the parliaments in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland, who have chosen to remain open for public communication via email.

Thank you.

Very best regards,

Dear Postmaster/Administrator of  @parliament.uk,

All British parliamentarians (members of both House of Commons and House of Lords) with the domain email address "@parliament.uk" continually block with reference to with additional reference to "community.mimecast".

How can the current blocking of my sent emails to @parliament.uk be mitigated, please?
