The prejudgemental “Roxburgh Park Community Church” in Melbourne, Australia, excommunicated an innocently excommunicated person from attending their church community by demanding a satisfactory explanation from the excommunicated person as to why the excommunicated person was excommunicated, although the Roxburgh Park Church did not want to read facts and evidence supporting a truthful explanation to the excommunications.

I never visited “Roxburgh Park Community Church” in Melbourne. Because I am excommunicated from other churches, Roxburgh Park Church decided to also excommunicate me before I had a chance to visit their church.

The moral rationale of this church’s prejudging excommunication is: until this church can be satisfied with an explanation to previous excommunications, it is justifiable to follow suit with the preceding excommunications from churches and hence excommunicate the excommunicated. The burden of provision of a satisfactory explanation of excommunication is placed on the excommunicated. In reality, this church is uninterested to explore the truth and to investigate since this church insists on only an oral explanation, although all the evidences about the excommunications by other churches are all in writing.

The excommunicating church-pastor of Roxburgh Park Church banned Torsten from attending any meeting that could lead to marriage. The church-pastor declared You are not going to attend any young adults/singles meetings here at Roxburgh Park until I have a satisfactory explanation.” This is clearly the will of satan.

I am absolutely innocent in relation to all excommunications from churches. Therefore, satan thrives on church-pastors’ sustainment and dissemination of church-pastoral lies. Satan’s lies through unrepentant church-pastors are defeated by exposure.

The written evidence of obstruction and reasonable assumption of excommunication by “Bayside Church” in Melbourne is posted here: http://www.kyrkor.be/Bayside-Church-Melbourne.htm

It appears that the pastor of Roxburgh Park Church prioritises blind loyalty with his pastoral colleague of Bayside Church, rather than prioritising loyalty to God, goodness and truth.

Roxburgh Park Community Church,

Milton Oliver,

Maybe you are correct that all I really am is just another quite silly person. But if you are so much more of a sensible person than I am, then why do you hasten to excommunicate someone without first attaining the facts? And, although twice explicitly encouraged to inquire about the facts of excommunication, you do not. But you do, in your unsurpassed sensibleness, not believe, that I am excommunicated from churches because I am a male heterosexual Christian who is interested to marry only a Christian woman. I can only lead the horse to the water …

The leadership of Bayside Church has refused further communication with me.

Perhaps your supreme holiness as a church-pastor makes you unreachable with sound advice or Biblical correction. Perhaps you stand above logic and reason.

Shame on you!

Torsten Nenzen

You are now being quite silly. You have no place telling me how to perform my duties. If anyone is lacking in sincerity in all this, it is not me. This matters is closed as I have no time to waste on silly arguments. I suggest you go and see the leadership at Bayside and be reconciled.

All the best with it.

Roxburgh Park Community Church,

Milton Oliver,

What is there to discuss without the facts and evidences? I have facts and evidences, and a sound assessment from those facts and evidences.

You prejudge by banning me from attendance in your communities (excommunicate), and you believe something without facts "I do not believe ... "

In spite of your silly (somewhat mindless) response, at least there is a positive side as you write "I must investigate.", although you do indicate a forthcoming contradiction of yourself a few sentences later by stating "The matter will be closed.".

Please investigate! I encourage you to investigate.

If you are sincere about intention to investigate, then I again advise that you ask me to provide for you the correct details to the explanation which you do not believe.

Re: Christian relationships

Torsten,

You either find a pay phone (cost about 20 cents) and call our office phone to discuss possibilities with me. I will not respond to further emails of this nature - it is quite pointless. I do not believe you've been excommunicated merely because you are a heterosexual male interested in marriage - it has to be more than that. You are not being excommunicated from Roxburgh Park simply because you're not a member here and never have been - you've never even met us. This is quite silly. I have a duty of care. If someone admits to being excommunicated from another church or churches, then that is a serious matter that, as a minister, I must investigate before proceeding further.

That's the way it is. If you don't want to call me, that's OK. The matter will be closed.

Kind regards

Milton Oliver

Roxburgh Park Community Church,

It sounds from your email to me that also your Roxburgh Park Community Church has decided to excommunicate me, since you write that I am not allowed to attend any young adults/singles meetings in your church.

Am I excommunicated also from your church now?

Milton Oliver,

As I said, I don't have affordable access to call you from my non-Australian mobile phone number. Communications will be in written format.

If you want to know something from a human in this matter, then I am your most accurate source of information. If you seriously seek an explanation, then I would advise that you ask me to provide for you the correct details.

I’m pretty sure you can get to a pay phone and make a phone call. I think it is most appropriate if you can explain your excommunication from Bayside before going any further – and I am NOT going to do this via email. Excommunication would seem to indicate to me a pretty serious situation that was unable to be resolved at Bayside. You are not going to attend any young adults/singles meetings here at Roxburgh Park until I have a satisfactory explanation – it’s as simple as that. The ball is in your court.

Kind regards

Hi Milton Oliver,

You asked me to call you. I am not able to call you on a telephone since I don't have an Australian phone number. I am available for communications through email and text message though.

Did you want to ask me something, or tell me something?

My question was when and where the young adults and singles meet in Roxburgh?

Best regards,

Hi Torsten,

I think that's a fairly important piece of information. I suggest you call me sometime late in the week and let's see where things go from there. Blessings - Milton

Dear Milton Oliver,

Thanks. I am excommunicated from Bayside Church. Therefore, I have to traevel distances to try to find a real Christian community.

When and where do the young adult Christians in Roxburgh meet?

Best regards,

RE: Christian relationships

Hi, Torsten

I doubt very much if you would get to Roxburgh Park on a Sunday in 1:38 hours – it is a long way on public transport, and a long way by car, too. There is an excellent church much closer to you – see below …

http://www.baysidechurch.com.au/

… this is a great church with plenty of young adult program and social activity. I suggest you try there first. Most of our young adults are socialising on Saturday and Sunday evenings, and trying to get back to your area late at night would be a great burden. See how you go at Bayside. Rob is a great pastor.

Blessings

Milton

Re: Christian relationships

Hi Milton Oliver,

Thank-you for responding and welcoming.

I live in the Carrum / Patterson Lakes area. Apparently, it is a 1:38 hrs train ride to Roxburgh railway station from Carrum.

The video presentation of your church on your website sounds very healthy.

Are there social event opportunities with possibilities for individual conversations with other Christians in your church? Ordinary church services usually do not provide opportunities for communication, especially authentic communication. If it is platform/pastor focused or event focused, rather than people focused, I would assess that there would be in principle no opportunity for authentic relationship building.

Please advise if there is social opportunity?

Very best regards,

Torsten Nenzen

Christian relationships

Churches of Christ in Melbourne,

Hi.

I am a Christian single man visiting here in Melbourne for several months to begin with. While I am here in Melbourne, I seek a Christian community where I also might find opportunities to fellowship, socialise, meet and talk with other Christian singles.

Are there opportunities in your congregation where also single Christians can meet and communicate - and build relationships?

Best regards,

Torsten Nenzén
