Devilish ‘Life Christian Centre’ “Life Church” in Adelaide, Australia, explicitly excommunicated a Christian who is absolutely innocent in relation to all excommunications by other churches, and is absolutely innocent in relation to this particular false ‘church’. Life Christian Centre in Adelaide declared that the innocent Christian was unwelcome at their church, refused to present any justifiable reason for their excommunication, refused to provide any specific objection, and refused all further communication.

Life Christian Centre “Life Church” in Adelaide, Australia, explicitly excommunicated a Christian who is absolutely innocent in relation to all excommunications by hundreds of churches who have previously excommunicated the same Christian. Life Church in Adelaide refused to provide any Biblical or ethical reason for their decision to explicitly excommunicate the innocent Christian, and Life Church refused further communication.

The pastor of Life Church, Dennis Slape, declared that Torsten is not welcome at our church” after Torsten had visited the church twice. As a typical pastor of a church, this pastor does not want to acknowledge the declared ban to visiting the church “not welcome at our church” as an excommunication. An excommunication is precisely what Life Christian Centre imposed. The typical pastor wrote “We don’t use the term excommunication, but if you wish to use it, that’s over to you.

Life Church was asked repeatedly if their church had any Biblical justification for their excommunication, but the church absolutely refused to provide any justification for their excommunication. Life Church was also repeatedly asked if anything Torsten had written was untruthful or factually inaccurate, but the church absolutely refused to answer.

Malevolence, inhumanity, lying and slandering is primary conduct of most church leaders anywhere, and this particular false Life Christian Centre “Life Church” accentuates this truth.

Torsten,

Anyone who writes of other churches in the way you have done is not welcome at our church. We don’t use the term “excommunication”, but if you wish to use it, that’s over to you.

Please don’t expect any further emails from this church.

Dennis Slape

PS (Incidentally, I neither objected to or accepted your use of the term “cliquey” to describe our church. However, given that this is your perception of our church I fail to see why you would want to come here.)

soft-worded excommunication?

Life Christian Centre,

Hello Dennis Slape, David Cardillo, Joseph Leone.

You replied collectively “We recommend that you look elsewhere.” in response to my inquiry if I am welcome to you church.

Through your reply you appear to confirm that you have excommunicated me, as I suspected that you might have.

You object to being described as cliquey. A dictionary definition of the word ‘cliquey’ reads: a small exclusive group of friends or associates. Therefore, the descriptive about your church is well measured.

Fact 1: From my initial communication and visit to your church 2014-11-16 (including a filled communications card requesting to be contacted) you failed to respond in a reasonably timely manner, but finally did respond eight days later on 2014-11-24, with an explanation to your delayed response.

Fact 2: From my second filled communications card requesting to be contacted upon my second visit 2015-01-11, you failed to respond in a reasonably timely manner, but finally did respond six days later on 2015-01-17, not with an invitation but with a soft-worded excommunication.

Fact 3: At my first visit to you cliquey church on 2014-11-16, only one person was willing to speak with me. Everyone else in your church evaded eye contact and your church members only spoke to their familiar faces – within their comfort zone of familiarity – within their cliques.

Fact 4: At my second visit to you cliquey church on 2015-01-11, no human in your church was willing to speak with me. Everyone in your church evaded eye contact and your church members only spoke to their familiar faces – within their comfort zone of familiarity – within their cliques.

Fact 5: Upon my visit on 2015-01-11, when I offered to hand the filled communications-card to someone in your church lobby, your usher “Sam” (Dan?) after his hesitation finally received the filled card, but first he appeared to be requesting that I should wait in the lobby for one of the pastors to “come down” to speak with me. I think “Sam” was expecting that I should wait for pastor “Dennis” to “come down” to speak with me.

Why on earth would a church allude that their visitor should wait in the lobby for their pastor to “come down” and speak with a visitor, unless there was a serious issue which was expected to be required to be dealt with? This situation indicated that something clearly was wrong.

Fact 6: With my resumed communication to your church on 2015-01-08, after your Christmas/New Year holiday break, and in light of my four times since then repeated inquiry to you, your church had decided to not reply until 2015-01-17, which is a delay (procrastination?) of response by nine days!

From these above facts and other observations, it is fully reasonable for me to have anticipated a pending excommunication from you, which you now seem to be confirming.

Your church is cliquey. I suggest that you face this reality and change behaviour, instead of excommunicating the person who speaks a truthful observation.

Have you now excommunicated me from your church?

Regards,

Torsten Nenzén

Life Christian Centre,

Hello Dennis Slape, David Cardillo, Joseph Leone.

You appear to refuse to communicate.

I visited your church on Sunday Jan.11, 2015, for the 11am service, and I again filled in a communication-card for the second time. I handed that second communication card to one of the two ushers with similar nametags 'Sam' or 'Dan'. Upon that visit to your cliquey church, no person in church stopped to converse.

In spite that you are churchpersons, please do try to be honest, and hence confirm upfront if your church has excommunicated me.

I seek a Christian community in Adelaide where I might find opportunities to fellowship, socialise, meet and talk, and develop relationships with also Christian singles. Are there occasions of fellowship in your congregation where also single Christians in the approximate age bracket 25-39 gather and communicate? Are there fellowship groups, community groups, cell groups or small groups in your church that I can attend and develop friendships?

Best regards,

Hi Torsten

We apologise for not contacting you sooner – we were short staffed at Life Christian Centre last week with Pastor Joe and Pastor Con away, and last week there were two funerals and other unexpected matters that we had to cover.

The person who would be best to tell you about activities for the age group you mentioned would be David Cardillo. It would be good if you could contact him (email: davidcardillo@hotmail.com). I will forward a copy of this email to him also.

Kind regards

Hi Torsten,

Thank you for your enquiry. At Life Christian Centre we have different activities that you are welcome to be involved in to socialise and develop relationships. Two options would be a life group and the 23+ group that we have. These groups as do all our Life Groups meet once a month but have a break over the Christmas & New Year period. The main reason we have them once a month is that we have a bible study every Wednesday night and we encourage everyone to attend. Can I recommend maybe Wednesday nights as a starting point until the groups resume in the new year.

In answer to your second question as to why we may have not contacted you, it is because our new persons Pastor has been away for a number of months now and our Senior Minister has been overseas for the last two weeks therefore making difficult for us to contact everyone within the week. So please accept our apologies.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

God Bless

Joseph Leone

Assistant Pastor

I seek a Christian community in Adelaide where I might find opportunities to fellowship, socialise, meet and talk, and develop relationships with also Christian singles.

Are there occasions of fellowship in your congregation where also single Christians in the age bracket 30-39 (maybe also late 20’s) gather and communicate? Are there fellowship groups, community groups, cell groups or small groups in your church that I can attend and develop friendships?

I visited last Sunday on Nov.16, 2014. I filled out one of your contact forms and handed it to the reception. Your church chose to not contact. Why?
